OWNERSHIP. This website is owned by Minster School of Motoring. Accuracy of Information Although we believe our website content is reliable, the information on this website is presented without responsibility for its accuracy and some may contain opinions and/or judgments.

All website visitors are welcome to browse on the condition that any errors or omissions they might encounter shall not be made the basis for any claim, demand or cause for action against us and/or any associated content providers. CANCELLATIONS. Please note that cancellations will be treated in the following manner: We accept that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. However, we would normally require 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a lesson, otherwise the full lesson fee may be payable. Should you have ‘block-booked’ a course of lessons, the appropriate fee may be charged against the outstanding amount. Wherever possible we will endeavor to re-arrange the booking if more than 24 hours notice is given.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All copyright and intellectual property here is owned by Minster School of Motoring unless stated otherwise. We are happy that you download, print or photocopy any information for your own private use only, but that you obtain our written permission first for any other purpose. WEBSITE LINKS. Where we believe this enhances our service, we welcome interested parties to link websites with ours. The Purpose of this Agreement Minster School of Motoring will rely on the written terms set out here. If you are unhappy with any of these, please write to Minster School of Motoring at the address on our contacts page. This Agreement is governed by and controlled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Minster School of Motoring agrees to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Minster School of Motoring respects its visitors’ privacy and personal security and will not disclose your unauthorised contact details to other Companies or individuals unless we are required to do so by law. From time to time we expect to add new services which might require us to amend this Privacy Policy. If this happens, we shall bring this to your attention. Your use of this website is our way of knowing that you have read and accept these changes. No linked websites accessed from this website are covered by this Privacy Policy. We recommend you check their data protection measures before disclosing any personal information to them.

INTERNET SECURITY. We may use software to see how our members use our website. On our website, like others you visit, a log file is kept by the web server software. Log files contain basic information such as your computer's IP address (not its physical location), the type of browser you are using, and the pages you viewed within the site.
